Request removal from early access

What can be deleted now

The current early-access form collects an email address. A deletion request covers the corresponding Clerk waitlist entry and Sociaxo's use of that address for access confirmation, decisions, and invitations.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@sociaxo.com from the address you submitted.
2. Use the subject “Sociaxo data deletion request.”
3. State that you want your early-access waitlist entry removed.

Verification and completion

Sociaxo may verify that the requester controls the submitted address before removing the entry. We will complete verified requests as reasonably practical and confirm the outcome, subject to information that must be retained for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Future product accounts

The finished Sociaxo application is not live. Account, connected-platform, campaign, and publishing-data deletion instructions will be expanded before those features become generally available.
